Please initial indicating you have read and understand to the following statement.

State law requires that we E-Verify every employee within 3 days of their first work day and submit them to SC New Hire within 20 days. The following complete items are required in order to complete that verification: W-4, I-9 and IDs to satisfy the I-9 requirements (usually a drivers license and social security card, but see I-9 for other ID options). If the employer fails to submit this required paperwork to A&L within 2 days of the employee beginning work we will not be able to complete the E-Verification within the 3-day deadline, which will result in violation of the E-Verification requirements and may trigger an audit. A&L is not liable for violation of these deadlines. We highly recommend the employer collects all paperwork before the employee begins work, and submits them to A&L as soon as possible.
