Do you still provide basic bookkeeping?

Of course! Basic data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll are integral to keeping your business running. Since we do all of the little things ourselves, we are in a unique position to coach you through business decisions.

How much do your services cost?

It’s important for us to get to know your business and how we can work together to fill the services you actually need. Once we’ve discussed how we can help, we will create a proposal specific to your wants and needs with all of the pricing details.

I have a cpa. Why do I need you?

Some CPAs offer bookkeeping services, but many do not want to work on the day-to-day financials of a business. We can offer bookkeeping services at a fraction of the cost of most CPA firms and we are more accessible than larger firms. Questions you feel like you have to save until the end of the year for your CPA can be answered with one phone call or email to us mid-year. 

CPAs love us! We do all of the data entry and maintenance throughout the year and then hand off neat books to them at the end of the year. None of them like getting a shoe box full of your crumpled receipts and bank statements, and an Excel spreadsheet of your expenses is only one step above that.

I do a pretty good job on my own books. Why do I need you?

You are losing money. Every minute you spend teaching yourself how to do your own accounting is a minute you did not spend doing what you specialize in.
