In 2007 Ashley Keatts started A&L Bookkeeping as a simple home-based bookkeeping business managing the payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable for other small businesses in Hardeeville and Ridgeland. A&L has grown into a team of accountants and bookkeepers, servicing over eighty businesses in multiple states with a head office in Bluffton, South carolina.
A&L has grown into something so much more than just bookkeeping. Yes, we still do the data entry, report generation and bill paying that you need to keep your business running, but we work one-on-one with our clients to help them grow their businesses. We believe it's imperative that business-owners understand what their financial reports indicate and how their choices affect their business' monetary health. A healthy business means more than just lots of work and income. We have partnered with small businesses over the years to understand how to scale growth at a manageable rate to produce steady and dependable results. Our ultimate goal is to put money in your pocket and time in your schedule. We do that by taking over the paperwork burdens, helping create a reasonable budget and then guiding you towards the choices that fit your business goals.
